If you order our digital photography service, our photographer will contact you promptly to set up an appointment that is convenient for you. The photographer will come to your home and take photographs of your property.  You select the location of the shots, to show off whichever areas of your property you desire - or let our photographers guide you in selecting the best areas to shoot. We will then add your photographs to your property listing on Sellityourself.ie.

360° Virtual Tours

Virtual tours have been embraced by estate agents worldwide as an effective tool in selling property, saving both time and money for the property seller. Sellityourself.ie now offers our property sellers the option of promoting their property with 360° Virtual Tours.

It is important that when somebody takes the time to view your property ad that you get their full attention. 360° Virtual Tours do just that. These incredible tours allow potential buyers the ability to view your home in stunning 360° aspect.

Our professional photographer will take an additional 4 different images for the 360 degree Virtual Tour Views of your home. In some cases, i.e. small properties, some images may overlap with photos & the photographer will discuss this further with you at the time. You select the location of the 360 Degree Virtual Tour views, show off whichever areas of your property you desire. Your tour will be viewable by the buyers from a link which will be displayed on your Sellityourself.ie ad.

Our Package:

Our Virtual Tour & Digital Photography Package comes at a cost of €175 covering the following counties:

Dublin, Kildare, Carlow, Louth, Meath, Westmeath, Wicklow, Wexford, Kilkenny, Cavan, Monaghan, Longford, Leitrim, Roscommon, Offaly & Laois.

Due to increased travel expenses & additional time taken for the photographer, the following counties will incur a total cost of €199 for our Virtual Tour & Digital Photography Package:

Sligo, Mayo, Galway, Clare, Limerick, Kerry, Cork, Tipperary, Waterford & Donegal.

As discussed above each package will include a total of 4 360 degree virtual tour images & 6 professional photos of the property. This service is offered as a package deal, should you be interested in just one of these services you may discuss this with the photographer.

Please Note: In smaller properties there may be duplication between the tour scenes & the images. If this is the case, our photographer will discuss this with you after viewing the property. All prices are quoted as vat inclusive. Property visits generally last between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the size of the property etc. We aim to deliver all completed files within 2/3 working days of property access.
